Serena Palumbo

Biography

Serena Palumbo is the Data Protection Officer for the Americas at ING Financial Holdings. She is also a senior member of the ING NY Legal Department. She focusses on Data Protection, Bank Regulatory Matters, Lending, Litigation/Bankruptcy and Innovation. Prior to ING she was the head of legal at the Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo in NY. Before going in-house she worked for major law firms such as Shearman & Sterling and Schulte Roth & Zabel and she holds a JD from Universita degli Studi di Napoli and an LLM from New York University School of Law.
