Sheena Shah

Biography

Sheena Shah is a corporate associate in the New York City office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Over the last four and a half years at Simpson, Sheena has worked on a variety of corporate matters, including M&A and fund formation. Since May 2021, Sheena has been seconded to a private equity firm, Palladium Equity Partners, where she has been able to focus on in-house matters. Sheena serves as the Vice President of Private Sector/In-House Attorneys for the South Asian Bar Association of New York. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Seton Hall Law, where she served as President of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association, and a summa cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University.
