Biography
Stacey Greenblatt is a Senior Program Attorney responsible for PLI’s tax law curriculum, including two of PLI’s largest tax programs, Tax Strategies for Corporate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Spin-Offs, Joint Ventures, Financings, Reorganizations & Restructurings and Tax Planning for Domestic & Foreign Partnerships, LLCs, Joint Ventures & Other Strategic Alliances. Stacey is also responsible for PLI's Global Institute on International Taxation in London. Prior to joining PLI Stacey was a Senior Attorney/Editor with Thomson West responsible for their Securities Law Series, and an Editor in the Legislative and Regulatory Information Department of the American Council of Life Insurers in Washington, D.C. During the Clinton Administration Stacey served as the Director of Correspondence for the President’s Initiative on Race where she was responsible for communicating with Members of Congress, State Legislatures, White House Staff, and the general public to convey the position of the Initiative on various issues. Stacey received a B.A. cum laude from the University of Delaware and a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law; and is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
