EXPERIENCE
Criminal defense attorney, since 1981
• Tried more than 200 federal felony matters to verdict before juries in district courts
around the country. Matters involve money laundering, tax, wire, mail and health care
fraud, organized crime, international terrorism, racketeering, and narcotics trafficking.
• Argued more than 50 appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second
Circuit.
