Biography
Suzanne Berger is a commercial litigator. For the past decade, her practice has focused on counseling mortgage loan servicers in contested matters, both commercial and residential, and supervising a team of lawyers handling that representation. Ms. Berger has briefed and argued numerous cases before the New York trial courts, the Appellate Divisions and the New York Court of Appeals. Ms. Berger is now Of Counsel at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP fka Bryan Cave LLP since 2002.
