Please note that effective June 1, 2022, PLI is revising our requirements for proof of vaccination. While all faculty, attendees and staff are still required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend in-person programs, we will no longer be requiring you to upload proof of vaccination. Rather, you should plan to show your proof of vaccination to PLI staff upon arrival at the door. Acceptable proof includes a paper or digital image of your CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, NYS Excelsior Pass, CA.gov COVID-19 Vaccine Record, or your home state's equivalent record.
