Overview

Why You Should Attend 

The Twenty-Fifth Annual Private Equity Forum will address the prevailing issues and trends attorneys encounter when working with private equity funds and their fund portfolios. A diverse faculty of experts from law firms and investment funds will discuss a broad range of topics dominating today’s market and the most common questions brought forth by clients in the private equity industry.  

This day and a half program will discuss the evolving market for private equity terms, recent litigation matters, and developments in the field of ESG and sustainability in private equity funds. Panels will dive into the Private Fund Adviser rule and the practical steps for coming into compliance, as well as into the rules and regulations affecting the private equity industry that have taken a back seat given the attention given to the Private Fund Adviser Rule.  

Attendees will also have the opportunity to earn both Ethics credit and Diversity and Inclusion credit at this program.
