Overview
This Briefing will delve into the hot topics in crypto enforcement from the perspective of the primary federal regulators in the space—the SEC, DOJ, and CFTC. Our panelists have each worked at the front lines of the most complex and high-profile crypto enforcement cases in recent years. And as part of the management teams at their respective agencies, they can offer thoughts on how federal regulators are viewing crypto enforcement and what new areas of enforcement focus we can expect going forward. We will also discuss recent important crypto enforcement cases and court decisions, and provide different perspectives on how the legal landscape may change in the coming months and years.
