- Technology setup and production (5 minutes)
- Defining your podcast's purpose and audience (7 minutes)
- Content creation and storytelling for legal podcasts (5 minutes)
- Legal considerations in podcasting (12 minutes)
- IP considerations (i.e., copyright, fair use) (6 minutes)
- Issues related to firm clients and potential conflicts of interest (12 minutes)
