Once a person has passed the US Patent Office's Registration Exam, the question many have is 'what next?' This course answers that question across all major Intellectual Property topics: Patents, Designs, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets. This course is about “how to be an IP practitioner” and how to get started in providing counsel and legal services in each of these IP areas. The course uses excerpts from PLI's landmark IP publications. This course provides many starting points for the rest of your career.
