While many firms struggle with impactful planning, others achieve measurable returns year after year. Together, we will discuss what makes a plan work for a practice group or an individual and how a firm can utilize these best practices to achieve success.

  • How can leaders of firms secure support for practice group planning? (10 minutes) 
  • What can marketing and business development leaders do to help spark the planning process?  (10 minutes)
